How It Started
A Dream Brewed in Manila
It all started with a simple question: why wasn't there a cafe in Manila that felt like the old coffee houses? Unhurried, full of conversation, and built around a proper cup of barako — not just good coffee, but a place with soul.
So in 2021, we opened our doors. We started small — a handful of tables, a secondhand espresso machine, a batch of pandesal, and a lot of passion. Word spread fast. People came for the coffee and stayed for the company.
Today, Cafe Manila is more than a coffee shop. It's a daily ritual for hundreds of Manileños. And we're just getting started.
